We drive out from San Ramon for inspections across the Bay Area, the Delta, and Sacramento. Pick your city:
Our roof inspection is free, with no obligation. We walk the roof, the drainage, and any solar or EV-charging tie-downs, then hand you a written report. If you hire us for repair or replacement, that report is your first deliverable; if you do not, it is yours to keep and use with any other contractor.
A licensed HAAG-certified inspector checks shingles / tiles / membrane, flashing around chimneys and vents, gutter tie-offs, drainage paths, signs of water intrusion in the attic, and the structural anchoring of any existing solar mounts. We also look at the bigger picture: how the roof is likely to perform in the storms ahead and what a sensible hardening plan would look like.
Most appointments are scheduled within 3 business days. If you have an active leak or post-storm damage, call (925) 895-5637 and we will move you to the front of the queue the same day.
No. Most exterior work is done without you. If we need to check the attic we will arrange a short access window. Either way, you receive a written report with photos and a recommended next step.
Yes. Wholly Construction is CSLB #1024858, bonded, and carries $5M general liability plus workers comp. We are a single accountable team for roofing, solar, drainage, foundation, and EV-charging work.
No payment. No obligation. We walk the roof, send a written scope, and you decide what to do next — with us, or with anyone else.
